HOW TO DO YOUR ENEMA

STEP ONE

PREP YOUR BLEND

Select and prepare the enema solution you would like to use.

STEP TWO

ATTACH HOSE & TIP

Assemble your Happy Bum Bag enema kit referencing the User Guide if needed.

STEP THREE

HANG YOUR BAG

Hang your Happy Bum Bag so gravity will carry the solution in.

STEP FOUR

INSERT & FLOW

Lubricate and insert the tip of the hose into your rectum. Release the clamp and let flow.

STEP FIVE

RELEASE!

Water enemas, release immediately, blends hold for 10-15min then release on the toilet.

CLEAN & DRY

Clean, dry and store your Happy Bum Bag in it's carrying bag for future use.

HOW TO DO YOUR BULB

STEP ONE

PREP YOUR BLEND

Select and prepare the bulb solution you would like to use. Follow packaging direction.

STEP TWO

ATTACH HOSE & TIP

Fill your bulb with blend, then attach your hose by screwing back to the top of your bulb.

STEP THREE

STAND OR LAY TO INSERT

Stand or lay on your side, then lubricate and insert into your rectum.

STEP FOUR

SQUEEZE!

Squeeze your Happy Bum Bulb a couple of times until all of the blend has been dispersed.

CLEAN & DRY

Thoroughly clean then dry your Happy Bum Bulb ready for next use.

LAY DOWN & RETIAN

Finally, find a comfortable place to lay or go to bed for the night. Retain your Bulb blend!

TIPS TO HELP

YOUR BODY DETOXIFY.

  • Drink lots of filtered water (min 2-3 litres a day)

  • Apple cider or lemon juice in your water to help alkalise

  • Eat a wholefood mainly plant based diet high in fibre (vegetables)

  • Eat organic where possible (pesticides and insecticides are very toxic)

  • Avoid processed foods high in refined sugar, salt, gluten, dairy and flavourings

  • Rest when needed

  • Allow your body time and space to heal, be gentle with yourself
