Excellent for joint pains and all types of inflammation including colitis, anti-inflammatory enemas may be very soothing to the body. Add a mixture of organic turmeric, ginger, liquorice, lemon. (Easiest achieved by making solution from organic tea bags with similar ingredients). Option to add a few drops of Turmeric, Ginger, Frankincense or other therapeutic grade essential oil from extra potency when mixture cools.
