RECIPE: ANTI INFLAMMATORY
ABOUT THIS BLEND
Excellent for joint pains and all types of inflammation including colitis, anti-inflammatory enemas may be very soothing to the body.
IDEAL FOR

INGREDIENTS – OPTION 1
- 1 Litre of water
- 3 drops of Turmeric Oil
- 3 drops of Ginger oil
- 3 drops of Frankincense oil
INGREDIENTS – OPTION 2
- 1 Litre of water
- Organic Turmeric Tea
- Organic Ginger Tea
- Liquorice Tea
- Organic Lemon Tea
*Look out for organic tea bags that contain a mixture of the above.
METHOD
OPTION 1:
- Boil 1 litre of water
- Rest, allowing to cool to room temperature
- Once cooled, add your drops of essential oils
- Pour blend into your Happy Bum Bag
- Start flowing and try and hold for at least 10min
- Release
OPTION 2:
- Boil 1 litre of water
- Pour boiled water into a large jug and add tea bags
- Allow soaking for a few minutes
- Remove tea bags and allow to cool to room temperature
- Pour blend into your Happy Bum Bag
- Start flowing and try and hold for at least 10min
- Release
