RECIPE: ANTI INFLAMMATORY

ABOUT THIS BLEND

Excellent for joint pains and all types of inflammation including colitis, anti-inflammatory enemas may be very soothing to the body.


IDEAL FOR

People who suffer from:

– Autoimmune Disease
– Cancer
– Diabetes
– Joint, back and muscle pain
– Chronic inflammation
– Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Irritable Bowel Disease
– Ulcerative Colitis
– Crohns Disease


INGREDIENTS – OPTION 1

  • 1 Litre of water
  • 3 drops of Turmeric Oil
  • 3 drops of Ginger oil
  • 3 drops of Frankincense oil

INGREDIENTS – OPTION 2

  • 1 Litre of water
  • Organic Turmeric Tea
  • Organic Ginger Tea
  • Liquorice Tea
  • Organic Lemon Tea

*Look out for organic tea bags that contain a mixture of the above.


METHOD


OPTION 1:

  1. Boil 1 litre of water
  2. Rest, allowing to cool to room temperature
  3. Once cooled, add your drops of essential oils
  4. Pour blend into your Happy Bum Bag
  5. Start flowing and try and hold for at least 10min
  6. Release

OPTION 2:

  1. Boil 1 litre of water
  2. Pour boiled water into a large jug and add tea bags
  3. Allow soaking for a few minutes
  4. Remove tea bags and allow to cool to room temperature
  5. Pour blend into your Happy Bum Bag
  6. Start flowing and try and hold for at least 10min
  7. Release
