What have you been suffering from?

I suffered from gestational diabetes, and hg( debilitating morning sickness ) in my 9th and final pregnancy , I was on zofran tablets and constantly dehydrated And also dealing with a lot of stress being a pal (Pregnancy after loss) Mumma .

How long have you been doing enemas for?

Nearly 6 months now

What is your routine?

I encouraged my husband to join me and we started 2 times a week moving to 3 times a week. I just used water enimas , where as he explored the coffee and oils! So jealous !!!!

What improvements and benefits have you experienced?

It was so gentle , but I quickly realised how much my body needed it. I quiet literally felt my eye balls rehydrate. Fatigue from being a mum of 3 and a complex pregnancy and the following day I’d have no nausea and the next by day 3 nausea would start creeping back in. I was soooooo constipated and bloated and didn’t realise. The positive gentle results quickly made me realise colonics in clinic would help too.

What types of enemas have you been doing?

Sterile Water only enimas were my go to. Phoenicia and Kyah were so supportive. Kyah was 2 weeks or so ahead in pregnancy with Cali so seeing her journey was inspiring and the way bayside share knowledge for free was so comforting #knowledgeispower

Tell us a little about your overall experience.

I used oxy powder too successfully post csection when meds failed me immensely . I just listened to my body and trusted Phoenicia and Kyah’s advice and felt so supported they gave me a nervous mum so much comfort and confidence.
