What is your enema routine?
I start every morning with a coffee enema followed by a probiotic and hormone bulb. At night time I will either do a soothing turmeric enema or a calm enema.
I drink the gut scrub as needed!


What improvements and benefits have you experienced?
I have noticed a huge shift in my mental health. I didn’t realise how much of a difference detoxing would make to my mental health. I am happier, have more energy and don’t struggle to get out of bed every day. I really notice a difference in my mental health if I skip my morning coffee enema. It is a non negotiable for me now. My skin has also improved so much. I had quite bad skin that was really painful!
What types of enemas have you been doing?
I have done all of the enema blends however coffee is my main one!


If you could give one piece of advice to new Happy Bum enema users, what would it be?
Start slow! Relax and just breathe. It seems scary at first, but once you get used to it, the process is so easy.
