What are or were you suffering from?
I have always suffered from excruciating period cramps, sometimes where I would black out or vomit. I’ve also always had bad PMS and irregular bleeding.

What is your enema routine?
I complete 2 coffee enemas weekly, drink 2 hormone support tea’s and turmeric bulbs every other week.

What improvements and benefits have you experienced?
I have noticed a huge difference in my cycle. I no longer have debilitating period cramps, my mood is steady leading up to my bleed and my cycle is regular now!
