What is your enema routine?
Daily water & coffee enemas. Multiple enemas per day when poorly.

What improvements and benefits have you experienced?
Cured my constipation. Diarrhoea I can now control! I used to have a “clear out” (diarrhoea) in the morning, which was very stressful when I was going out for the day or to work. But now I do a quick water enema beforehand and I’m good to go! Coffee enemas give me a “buzz”, alongside helping my liver, which I have been having problems with since my gallbladder removal in 2018. I’m off ALL my meds and finally feel in control again. I’ve lost 1.5 stone. I have been given my life back because of the happy bum co.
