Firstly, the kit is super easy to use. The tube is tiny and not uncomfortable at all. I’m left feeling so much cleaner and clearer after use. I have been using Happy Bum Gut Scrub for around 6 weeks since it was recommended by Tarn from Gravity Colon Therapy. After 4 weeks I decided to add Gut Greens to my morning Gut Scrub. This has definitely helped me to feel less bloated in my stomach and my bowel movements are so regular and easy. I will be continuing to use these for the foreseeable future.
