At the Happy Bum Co, we believe detoxing and healing comes in a two step process. First, we must remove all that is making us sick. Second, we must support, replenish and nourish the body with the ingredients it needs to thrive and heal. The bulb blends are the later. Post detox blends to be absorbed straight into the blood stream for quick and effective support.
This will increase the results of your healing and ensure you are replenishing good bacteria, nutrients, and getting inflammation support where you need it most!
We recommend using these blends in the bulb because only a small amount of concentrated solution is required, and this can be more difficult to achieve in the bag. We recommend the Happy Bum Bag for coffee enemas and the Bulbs for therapuetic blends.
Simply use the hand held bulb to allow a gravity flow into the colon. After an enema is best as the lower colon is clear and it will be easier to hold.
Some blends are more challenging to hold than others, if you are inflamed the soothe blend is more challenging but a sign you need it most! Practice makes perfect, we love having the whole kit to choose which blend suits your body best on the day!
