What is the Happy Bum Bulb?

Our Happy Bum Bulb is a small, handheld enema device which is inserted into the rectum similarly to an enema bag. The Happy Bum Bulb is designed to quickly and easily insert a small amount of therapeutic solution  250- 330ml  into your colon with the aim to retain, not release for therapeutic benefits.

Who should use the Bulb?

The Bulb can be used by anyone! Ideally if you are beginning detoxing or have been detoxing through colon cleanses for a long time the Bulb should be used to replace the good bacteria which is lost in the process of cleansing. 

How to use the product:

PREP YOUR BLEND

Select and prepare the bulb solution you would like to use. Follow packaging directions.

ATTACH HOSE & TIP

Fill your bulb with a blend, then attach your hose by screwing back to the top of your bulb.

STAND OR LAY TO INSERT

Stand or lay on your side, then lubricate and insert into your rectum.

FLOW OR SQUEEZE

Let Gravity assist and hold the Bulb upward to allow the solution to enter your body. You may choose to squeeze it to quicken the process

LAY DOWN & RETAIN

Finally, find a comfortable place to lay or go to bed for the night. Retain your Bulb blend!

CLEAN & DRY

Thoroughly clean then dry your Happy Bum Bulb ready for next use.

How often should you use the Bulb?

This depends on your personal health goals and journey. At least one per week if cleansing regularly is beneficial to maintaining optimal gut health. 

What are the benefits?
