Happy Bum Calm is designed to help calm the nervous system, support a healthy stress response, reduce feelings of anxiety, promote a restful sleep and increase emotional wellbeing. If you are stressed out, have high cortisol, adrenal fatigue, are suffering from anxiety, struggling to relax and wind down or living in constant “fight or flight” mode, this incredible blend is for you.

Happy Bum Calm Blend can be taken orally or be used as an enema and bulb blend.

How to Prepare the Calm Blend

Oral

  1. Add 1 Tbsp of Happy Bum Calm Blend into a glass of water.
  2. Stir vigorously and drink immediately.

 

Happy Bum Bulb

300ml = 1/2 Tbsp of Happy Bum Calm Blend

Happy Bum Bag

600ml = 1 Tbsp of Happy Bum Calm Blend

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add Happy Bum Calm Blend to water and stir well. (see ratios above)
  3. Allow to steep in Happy Bum Plunger until solution has cooled to body temperature. (37-38 degrees)
  4. Strain using Happy Bum Plunger.
  5. Place in Happy Bum Bulb or Bag and perform enema as directed.
  6. Hold for 15min and release if using your Happy Bum Bag, OR hold and retain using Happy Bum Bulb for full benefits.

Select and prepare the enema solution you would like to use.

STEP TWO

ASSEMBLE

Assemble your Happy Bum Bag enema kit referencing the User Guide if needed.

ATTACH HOSES

Attach the Happy Bum Bag enema hoses.

HANG YOUR BAG

Hang your Happy Bum Bag so gravity will carry the solution in.

INSERT HOSE

Lubricate and insert the tip of the hose into your rectum.

LAY & RELAX

Lay on a towel on the floor beneath your enema bag and allow the solution to come in.
