2. Add 1 Tbsp of Happy Bum Gut Greens into a glass of water or juice
3. Stir vigorously and drink immediately

ENEMA RECIPE:

1. Massage and shake the pouch well before use
2. Add 1 tsp of Happy Bum Gut Greens to 600ml purified water (37-38 degrees – not boiling)
3. Mix solution until completely dissolved
4. Place in Happy Bum Bag and perform enema as directed
5. Hold for 15 min and release.
