Happy Bum MAG is designed to be an all natural intestinal cleanser recommended for reducing occasional constipation. Happy Bum MAG is a safe and effective MAGnesium Oxide formula that uses time released nascent oxygen to relieve symptoms of constipation. How to take Happy Bum MAG
Take 4 capsules with a tall glass of filtered water before bed. If you do not achieve 3-5 bowel movements the next day, increase by 1 capsule each night until you achieve 3-5 movements. Take your serving 2-3 times weekly or as desired. It is always recommended to drink plenty of water while using Happy Bum MAG. Proper hydration should help improve your results.
TIP: Adding lemon juice to your water when taking Happy Bum MAG may help increase its effectiveness.

HANG YOUR BAG
Hang your Happy Bum Bag so gravity will carry the solution in.
STEP FIVE
INSERT HOSE
Lubricate and insert the tip of the hose into your rectum.
STEP SIX
LAY & RELAX
Lay on a towel on the floor beneath your enema bag and allow the solution to come in.
STEP SEVEN
RELEASE
Release enema liquid on toilet for as long as needed.
STEP EIGHT
