🌱 Banana Berry Nice Cream Recipe
Ingredients (per person):
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (or your favourite frozen berries)
- 1 scoop Gut Food powder
- 1 teaspoon water or milk of choice
Method:
1. Place the frozen bananas and berries into a food processor or high-speed blender.
2. Add 1 scoop of Gut Food powder and teaspoon of liquid
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.

Optional toppings: Fresh berries, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, or a drizzle of nut butter. Change it up with different frozen berries to add some variety.
