The Role of Coffee Enemas in Natasha’s Retreats

She emphasises their importance in removing mucoid plaque - a buildup in the colon that she believes can contribute to diseases like bowel cancer. Natasha’s personal motivation is deeply tied to her mother’s death from bowel cancer at 71, driving her to promote enemas and colonics as preventive measures.

For many clients, the first enema is daunting. Natasha recalls her own nervousness before her first enema at a Thai retreat, where she felt intimidated. The core program involves a seven-day fast, during which clients consume special drinks, juices, and liver flushes while abstaining from solid food. Coffee enemas are performed daily, sometimes twice, to maximise detoxification. Natasha also incorporates yin yoga to release emotional tension stored in the hips, reiki for energetic healing, and hypnotherapy to address limiting patterns.

A pre-cleanse of at least three days, ideally a week, is required to prepare the body by eliminating coffee, alcohol, meat, dairy, and processed foods. This ensures a smoother fasting experience and better results. After the fast, Natasha guides clients through a careful process to break the fast, avoiding digestive strain by reintroducing foods gradually.

For clients unable to travel, Natasha offers a seven-day at-home “Reset Detox” program, complete with an enema kit, detox supplies, and daily coaching. The package includes a seven-day detox yoga program, allowing clients to practice at their own pace. While seven days is optimal, Natasha offers flexibility with five-day or three-day juice cleanses for those with time constraints.

Natasha’s retreats attract a diverse clientele, from those seeking weight loss and better nutrition to individuals recovering from serious illnesses like cancer. Recently, she worked with a man in his early fifties who survived pancreatic cancer after nine rounds of chemotherapy. Through coffee enemas, fasting, and emotional healing sessions, Natasha helped him detoxify his body and process the trauma of his experience, supporting his nervous system and overall recovery.

Her holistic approach addresses four elements: physical, emotional, mental, and energetic (or spiritual).
