When I moved from Germany to Australia six years ago, I never imagined the path my life would take. I ended up in a DV relationship, fell pregnant, and by the time my daughter turned one, I knew I had to leave.
Even after I left, the stress did not stop. My body stayed stuck in fight or flight. My hormones were all over the place. I had always been fit and I always knew how to eat well, but nothing felt balanced anymore. Pregnancy, trauma and constant emotional stress had taken a toll I could not ignore.
Somewhere, probably on a podcast, I heard someone mention colonics. It sparked something in me. I found a beautiful clinic in Adelaide and booked my first session. I loved the feeling afterwards. It was the first time in so long that my body felt lighter and calmer.
That experience opened the door to gut health for me. The clinic also offered coffee enemas and I had already heard of Happy Bum Co, so I ordered my first kit along with GutFood. I loved it so much I ordered again. Then I started doing the enemas at home.
That is when things really started to shift.
My Weight Loss Journey and What Helped Me Keep the Weight Off
As part of my healing I also went through a weight loss phase where I did peptides. They worked, and I lost the weight I wanted to lose, but I could feel my body was not getting enough nutrition. The food noise disappeared while I was on them, but the moment I stopped, it came back quickly.
That is when I knew I needed to support my gut properly if I wanted long term results.
So I kept doing my coffee enemas and I started taking Gut Food consistently. That combination changed everything for me.
My gut started absorbing nutrients again.
My energy improved.
My skin cleared and the rash I had for years finally disappeared.
The biggest thing was that the food noise did not return.
Supporting my gut and liver helped me stay balanced without relying on injections. It helped me choose better foods naturally without feeling overwhelmed or out of control.
For me, Gut Food and coffee enemas became the foundation that made my weight loss sustainable.

The Morning Ritual That Reset My Life
For the past six months, I have been doing my coffee enema every single morning.
I wake up at 5:30am, stretch while the kettle boils, make my coffee enema and I get half an hour to myself before my daughter wakes up. That time is sacred. It is my reset. It is my grounding. It is how I start the day feeling clear instead of stressed.
Because of my nursing background, nothing about the process felt strange. I understood the physiology, the liver support and the gut brain connection. The more consistent I became, the more my body responded.
Every time I do it, the release afterwards feels like a reset. Even if I have had a bad day of eating, I go back to my routine the next morning and feel balanced again.
Healing My Nervous System at the Same Time
I did not just work on my gut. I worked on my mind.
I learned what calmed my nervous system.
I know I do a lot physically, but the biggest shift has been mindset and what I put inside my body. That is what changed everything.
The more I learned, the more everything made sense, especially for women over thirty five who have spent years pushing their bodies too hard.
People think they need to fix their skin from the outside, but if your gut and liver are overloaded, nothing you put on your face will help. My rash was proof of that.
Why I Am Finally Sharing My Story
For a long time, I stayed quiet online because of my past relationship. But I have started sharing my story now. What I have been through, what helped me and how I rebuilt myself from the inside out.
I want to help women who feel overwhelmed, inflamed, stressed or stuck.
Women who have tried everything.
Women who want to feel like themselves again.
If I can help even one person change their life, it is worth it.
A New Chapter and a Future I Am Excited About
I am slowly growing my social media, building community and connecting with women who want to take control of their health again. My dream is to work from home, be present with my daughter and support women who are ready to heal their gut, calm their nervous system and feel empowered again.
Coffee enemas and Gut Food fit perfectly into everything I am learning and teaching. They have become part of who I am now. Part of my healing, my routine and my identity.
I am proud of how far I have come.
I am proud of the woman I am becoming.
And I am excited for what is next.
