Ingredients (Makes ~12 bliss balls)

1 cup raw almonds

1 cup raw cashews or macadamias

1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)

1 scoop Happy Bum Gut Food

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp dried goji berries
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for rolling)
Method

Soften the Dates If your dates are firm, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain. This makes them easier to blend and gives your bliss balls a soft, fudgy texture.

Blend the Nuts Add almonds and cashews to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. You want a crumbly texture—not a flour.

Add the Goodness Toss in the dates, Gut Food blend, coconut oil, goji berries, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Blend until the mixture sticks together when pressed. If it’s too dry, add a splash of water.

Roll & Chill Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. For extra flair, roll them in shredded coconut. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
