Sometimes the biggest changes start with a simple question:
What if there's another way?
For Sarah, Kyah and Jade, that question led them down very different paths. But each began with the same decision: to look beyond what they were told was normal and search for a better solution.
While they work in different spaces, activewear, skincare and gut health, their stories share a common thread. Each brand was born from a deeply personal health challenge and a determination to create the solutions they couldn't find themselves.
What Goes On Your Skin

As a mental health nurse and mother of three, Sarah Josh had spent years struggling with cystic acne and searching for natural skincare products that actually delivered results. When she became pregnant with her third child, the search intensified. After trying countless products without success, she began experimenting and refining her own oil-based formulations. What started as a personal solution quickly became something bigger when friends and family began seeing transformative results themselves.
The brand she eventually created, Liminal Elixirs, wasn't just about skincare. It was about empowering women to feel confident in their skin and embrace the changes that come with age rather than feeling pressured to fight them.
It started with a problem. It grew into a philosophy.
What Goes In Your Body

Long before Happy Bum Co existed, Kyah Seary was a teenager living with severe constipation and chronic pain.
Diagnosed with colonic inertia at 13, she spent years navigating treatments, medications and invasive testing. By 16, she was told that surgery to remove most of her bowel was her only remaining option.
Instead, she and her family kept searching.
That search eventually led her to colon hydrotherapy and, later, a range of natural approaches that transformed her health and gave her a sense of control she had never experienced before. Inspired by her own journey, she went on to become a colon hydrotherapist and later founded Happy Bum Co to help others better understand their gut health and explore the tools that had helped her.
What began as a desperate attempt to avoid life-altering surgery became a mission to make conversations around gut health more accessible and less taboo.
What You Wear

For Jade Payne, everything changed after a shocking cancer diagnosis.
At 33, the mum of four was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of kidney cancer, forcing her to re-examine aspects of her life she had never questioned before. During recovery, she began researching the hidden toxins found in everyday products and was surprised by what she discovered about conventional activewear fabrics.
Most activewear brands talk about performance. Fewer talk about what is actually touching your skin for hours each day.
Rather than accept plastic-based fabrics as the industry standard, Jade set out to create something different. Through Wildbody, she challenged the idea that women should have to choose between performance, inclusivity and more conscious materials.
Her story is a reminder that some of the biggest shifts begin with simply questioning what everyone else accepts as normal.
Celebrating Women Who Chose Differently
To celebrate these shared values, Liminal Elixirs, Wildbody and Happy Bum Co have come together for a special giveaway featuring products from all three brands.
It's more than a prize pack. It's a collection of products created by women who turned personal challenges into purpose and built businesses around helping others find their own path.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is ask a simple question:
What if there's another way?
