How Many Enemas Do you Get in One Bag?
One bag of coffee makes around 40 Coffee Enemas if you start with the recommended 10gram serving size! Exceptional value. These can be easily prepared in your Happy Bum Plunger and stored in the fridge for later use. Each tablespoon is 5g - so each serve for a coffee enema is 10g. You can increase this amount as desired for a stronger blend, however it will impact the amount of enemas per bag.
*tablespoon sizes vary country to country - for 40 enemas use 10 grams of coffee. for a monthly supply of 30 enemas you can use approx 13.3 grams.

The caffeine in our coffee gets absorbed into the blood via the rectal veins and goes straight to the liver via the portal vein. Thus bypassing digestion.
