I used to only use a bulb and it was so hard to do an **** like that. This happy bum set up is easy to assemble, clean and do the **** with. The first **** i put my bag really high and realized it came out way to fast so lowered it to just above me and great results!! So easy to clean, i love!!!
The coffee beans are an awesome addition, theyre way lighter than the typical beans i use, but i like all of the benefits from these specific beans
This is my first experience with at home enemas. I was a bit scared and nervous but I have done a couple now and it’s so easy. I feel really good about doing something that is going to help me to feel better and help my liver to detox. I have had a yellow tint in my eyes for a few years now so I’m hoping it will clear that up. I’ll check back after long term use and let you know! Definitely my new daily routine!
