Benefits of Coffee Enemas:

Does an Enema Hurt?
No, enemas are not painful. If you are quite constipated or bloated, allowing the solution in may be slightly crampy but once you sit on the toilet, sweet relief.
Can I prepare my enema coffee in advance?
Yes! You can prepare your Happy Bum Beans in advance and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Heat with a dash of boiling water.
Will it be messy?
As long as you use as direct and are near a toilet, there should be no mess. Even if there is a little coffee spill, practice makes perfect.

How Often can i do an enema?
