How to Use
The Cleanse and Heal Bundle is designed to deeply detoxify your liver, boost glutathione (a detoxifying anti-oxidant in the body known for fighting free radical cells) and support the immune system to lower inflammation and fight disease.
Step One:
Use your Happy Bum Bag and Beans to perform coffee enemas which stimulate Phase 1 and 2 liver detoxification, boost antioxidant levels and boost the immune system. Coffee enemas are used in the Gerson Therapy Protocol for natural cancer treatment, and many of our Happy Bums use our kits for this reason. This is for their liver detoxification and glutathione boosting benefits. Gerson therapy calls to make the coffee over the stove, however we find the plunger works just as well and is far more convenient.
