I have been struggling with extreme low energy due to low iron, not being able to absorb it for years 
Period pain, break outs bloating and wanting to come of the pill, Just Living a busy life with 3 kids working full time and just being stressed

What is your enema routine?
Every day, I perform a coffee enema, and once a week, I use a biotic bulb. Additionally, I use a hormone bulb or enema once a week, and in the week leading up to my period, I use the hormone blend three times a week. Once a week, I also incorporate Soothe. Every morning, I consume the gut scrub and gut greens.

What improvements and benefits have you experienced?
I am absolutely amazed by the significant improvement in my energy levels. After discontinuing the use of birth control pills and incorporating these happy bum products, the difference in my menstrual cycle is unbelievable. I had been taking the pill for several years, and it's remarkable to see such massive results now. Moreover, I feel less stressed and overall, my body is in the best shape it has been in a long time.
