What are or were you suffering from?

I am a long term bloating and constipation struggler! I also have a chronic skin condition called dermatitis and struggle with allergies and flares constantly. I have spent so much $$ trying to find solutions to help improve my health and reduce and ease my long term discomfort.

Coffee Enema + Enema kit, Gut scrub, Ultimate fibre and Happy Bum Mag

What is your Enema routine?

Water Enema followed by a Coffee Enema daily. Sometimes I do two water enema’s one in the morning and one at night pre bed.

What improvements and benefits have you experienced?

• Reduced bloating (I finally have a soft tummy!) 
• Going to the toilet daily - I used to go every 3rd or 4th day. 
• My skin is starting to improve in texture and reduced rashes. My skin flares seem to be less too which is incredible!

If you could give a piece of advice to a new Happy Bum enema kit user, what would it be?

Take your time. Give yourself time to prepare and be present during your enema. I like to make sure I’m super comfy, relaxed and warm. Go gently with yourself and include it in your self care routine. Be kind to yourself - I was nervous at first as I had never done anything like this but I allowed it to be a learning experience each time I did it and now I feel like a pro!

Anything else about your experience you would like to add?

So thankful for the team for creating such an easy to use product that has improved my comfort levels. No more intense painful bloated tummy! I feel like I now have a great tool to gain control back in healing my body and am seeing actual results in the comfort of my home.
