How to Use

Take 4 Capsules of Happy Bum Mag before bed to soften the stool. This will increase you enema release and deep colon cleanse.
Take 1 Tablespoon of Gut Scrub each morning upon waking. This helps with bloating, plus is rich in minerals and silica which is great for hair, skin, teeth and nails. It's also a gentle parasite cleanse, the only one that can be done during pregnancy.
