The Happy Bum Bulb is designed to quickly and easily insert a small amount of therapeutic solution 100-200ml into your colon with the aim to retain, not release for therapeutic benefits. It is an extremely effective way to administer probiotics, and herbal blends straight into your bloodstream.
Solutions administered in an implant using your Happy Bum Bulb can reach your liver in minutes as they are absorbed straight through the rectal veins. In this way, you bypass the stomach and small intestine, and the solution keeps its full potency. This can be done at any time of the day but is super easy to do straight after an enema, as the colon is already cleared! This is why bulbs are step 2 of our process.

How often should you use the Bulb?

Second, we must support, replenish and nourish the body with the ingredients it needs to thrive and heal. The bulb blends are the later. Post detox blends to be absorbed straight into the blood stream for quick and effective support.
This will increase the results of your healing and ensure you are replenishing good bacteria, nutrients, and getting inflammation support where you need it most!
We recommend using these blends in the bulb because only a small amount of concentrated solution is required, and this can be more difficult to achieve in the bag. We recommend the Happy Bum Bag for coffee enemas and the Bulbs for therapuetic blends.
Simply use the hand held bulb to allow a gravity flow into the colon. After an enema is best as the lower colon is clear and it will be easier to hold.
Some blends are more challenging to hold than others, if you are inflamed the soothe blend is more challenging but a sign you need it most! Practice makes perfect, we love having the whole kit to choose which blend suits your body best on the day!
