Plesantly surprised that this product had no flavour at all so hides easily in nearly any drink! I even tried in a glass of water, just to be sure. A little chalky, but that's to be expected.

I find this really easy...

Gut Scrub - Diatomaceous Earth

I find this really easy to get down on it's own or with lemon water. It mixes well and doesn't taste bad at all! I'm taking a few other parasite and heavy metal detox supplements right now so it's hard to separately assess the effectiveness, but it seems to at least be supportive! The quality seems really good. Shipping was expensive, but pretty fast.

Don’t know yet exactly how this is working separate from the coffee enemas, but I’ve been taking it daily for nearly two months, and I'm less bloated and feel much cleaner! Will continue taking this daily. Feels good to drink some earth :)

I was hesitant to try diatomaceous earth, but Kyah and her team were so helpful in answering my questions and they even had it heavy metal tested to show it’s clean and pure! I have high metals and mold so have to be careful what I put into my body. Happy Bum Co is the must amazing caring customer service team who really understand the need for coffee enemas with chronic health issues. This product has been helping with detoxing metals, mycotoxins and parasites; plus it has silica which feels like I’m also adding goodness into my body. Win win! I just bought my third bottle. Gut Scrub - Diatomaceous Earth

I started using Happy Bum coffee enemas for a few months now. About a month ago I added the Gut Scrub to my routine. It can be a bit tough to get down until you figure out the best way for you to take it. I went on vacation for a few days last week and did not take my Gut Scrub (but kept up with my coffee enemas on vacay). I definitely noticed a difference in how I feel with vs without Gut Scrub. I feel much better with the addition of GS. It also definitely helps with binding things. I can hold longer and things are generally just less messy!
