I highly recommend the **** kit! The instruction booklet is great if you are just starting out. The kit is easy to clean and hang dry with the hook it comes with. Plus you can take it when you travel!! I highly recommend this product!
I have been using Happy Bum Co coffee enemas for 3-4 months now. When I started I did not think I would do them everyday, but here I am doing daily enemas! This practice has been the most beneficial thing I could do for myself. I wish I had been brave enough to start this years ago. Coffee enemas help me **** every day (without it I could go weeks), they help with my bloating and other symptoms of IBS, it helps balance my mental health, it also seems like it is helping me be able to more easily manage some of my POTS symptoms. I am so grateful I was brave enough to take the leap into Coffee Enemas with Happy Bum Co.
I started using Happy Bum coffee enemas for a few months now. About a month ago I added the Gut Scrub to my routine. It can be a bit tough to get down until you figure out the best way for you to take it. I went on vacation for a few days last week and did not take my Gut Scrub (but kept up with my coffee enemas on vacay). I definitely noticed a difference in how I feel with vs without Gut Scrub. I feel much better with the addition of GS. It also definitely helps with binding things. I can hold longer and things are generally just less messy!
