How to Use
Oral Blends
In the morning, take 1 Tablespoon of Gut Scrub and if desired mix with Gut Greens. It has a minimal taste but slightly gritty texture so stir rapidly and drink. Can be added to other beverages or smoothies as desired.
Gut Greens can be taken in the bulb, enema bag or as a drink. Mix it in your smoothie, stir it in oats, however you want to take it!
