I am new to enemas. I can say I look forward to doing my enemas. I feel so clean afterwards. I also enjoy the probiotic. I will continue to do this for a long time. As far as seeing any results, I have only done a few so no real results yet.
I struggle with really slow motility all of my life. I also have diverticulitis attacks and endometriosis which affects my bowels.
I’m literally a mess and I have tried basically every fiber supplement on the market with either disastrous results or no noticeable results.
I have used the fiber mix for a month now and hands down it has worked wonders for me.
I have regular daily movements now, with good bulk. The inflammation I experience with my diverticulitis has calmed down and I went from “mashed potato, tater tots and Roo’s poo” on the HB stool chart to “banana”.
It took some time and the use of my HB colon cleanse’s but I have the healthiest bowel in 60 years. I make sure to mix a scoop of the fiber with the HB electrolytes for extra gut healing.

I purchased this product a couple weeks ago after having weeks long conversations with co-workers who were contemplating or are using it. Finally a co worker and I decided we’d try it out.
This will now be my 3rd time using it since & my gosh you instantly feel so much better afterwards.
Since using it I’ve noticed:
- going to the toilet more often to do a bowel movement

TMI-
- I have hemroids so after a bowel movement I tend to bleed quite intensely, after using happy bum I have barely bled and if I do there’s barely anything.
