How often do I take Happy Bum Fibre?

This is a perfect blend for daily use to help increase your fibre intake, improve bowel movements and ensure you are eliminating. It can assist your enemas, soften the stool and decrease the risk of feeling constipated from a slow transit time in between enemas. It can be taken on it's own or mixed in with any smoothie, oats, breakfast bowl - anything you want to add some fibre to!

Aloe Vera is a natural anti-inflammatory for the gut, soothing the most irritated digestive systems and can also assist your bowel movements.

Why does this fibre turn red?

With a naturally fruity flavour, happy Bum Fibre's distinctive red colour comes from beetroot and pomegranate! You cannot taste the beetroot, but it's one of our favourite antioxidants for the gut.

We believe in only using the highest quality and natural ingredients. This is a gentle fibre blend that contains 2g of fibre per serve which should not make you bloat, feel heavy or uncomfortable. You can increase this as needed with your needs.
